Scully Oil Donates $5,000.00 To Holig Dairy Pavilion

This past year, the Juneau County community lost a dear friend and neighbor, Robert (Bob) Holig. Although he may be gone, Bob’s memory still lives on with a title wave of support from area residents as the designing and building of Holig Dairy Pavilion at the Juneau County Fairgrounds gets underway. Now, thanks to Scully Oil Co., Inc., the project is one step closer to completion. Scully Oil’s Third Year with Toys For Joy!

  On Monday, December 3, 2012, our Scully Oil team members volunteered their time for the 3rd year in a row to help make Christmas special for many of the children in this area. There were 10 team members from Lyndon Station BP, Mauston Interstate BP and our home office that helped to organize all the toys for families that need a little extra help.  Jeff Scully helped bring all the toys from the Mauston Library to the Armory, so that all the packaging of the gifts could begin. Halloween, 2012 at Lyndon Station BP

Lyndon Station BP Participates in the Labor Day Bash Dash

    On September 1, 2012, the Friends & Family Cancer Foundation held their Labor Day Bash Dash 5k Run Walk & 10 K Run.  Lyndon Station BP employees, family members and friends participated in the Run Walk.  Scully Oil represented two teams that walked.  Those who walked were Lori Dezotell, Lisa Eckelberg, Angie Pomazal, Haley Schwedrsky, Neal Nemitz, Alanda Schwedrsky, Andy Schwedrsky, Judy Pomazal, Lisa Krogh and Marcy Krogh.  After the walk, a pancake breakfast was held and there were games that they all played.  The games were called “Minute to Win It”.  The games that they played were Hanky Panky, Fish Head,…

Camp Douglas BP Employee’s participate in the Armed Forces Day 5k Run/Walk and Parade

  Armed Forces Day Celebration was held on May 18 thru 20, 2012.  Armed Forces weekend is a celebration the Village of Camp Douglas holds every year to salute all of the military who have served our country past and present.  They have various activities such as Softball Tournaments, 5k Run/Walk for wounded veterans, a carnival for the kids, Rock & Country Bands and the Parade. Mauston Interstate BP Employee’s participate in Relay for Life Cancer Walk

    Relay for Life held a Cancer Walk on July 27, 2012.  Some of our staff  from the Mauston Interstate BP participated in the walk.  They are Jim Davis (not pictured), Barb Bires, Jessie Rollins, Karen Ravenscroft and Heather Vaughn.  In total the Scully Oil Team raised over $360.00 for this cause, with the help of Karen Ravenscroft, Judy Pomazal, Haley Schwedrsky, Alice Isaj, Barb Bires and Pattie Montour.  Relay for Life, through the American Cancer Society, mobilized the world’s largest movements to defeat cancer.  They fight for every birthday, threated by every cancer in every community. Mauston Interstate BP participates in the Midwinter Turtle Dunk

On January 1st, 2012, one of our team members, Barb Bires from the Mauston Interstate BP, participated in the 15th annual Turtle Dunk.  This event was sponsored by the Dirty Turtle in New Lisbon, WI.   It is a family funded event.  The Dirty Turtle also held a Silent Auction, a Live Auction and Bingo.  The money that is raised at the Turtle Dunk and corresponding activities goes to the Juneau County Relay for Life chapter of  the American Cancer Society for research.
