“Scully Oil Company, a BP Branded Marketer servicing BP stations throughout Juneau, Sauk and Columbia Counties, presented a BP Fueling Communities grant donation of $2,000.00 to Outdoors Forever. The BP Fueling Communities program provides grants to local organizations that are nominated by BP’s Branded Marketers, such as Scully Oil Company to support the communities in which they do business.  The Fueling Communities Grant gives back to local organizations that support health, education, youth, food and housing to spread charity and goodwill.

Outdoors Forever representatives at the monthly board meeting at which the picture was taken spoke of the need to build a walking path at the 164 acre farm that the Carl W. Nelson animal shelter donated to the group in the late 90’s.  Outdoors Forever owns and manages 600 acres of habitat featuring 2 miles of meandering Lemonweir river frontage with lowland and highland areas.  A wide array of wildlife abounds at the sight for the enjoyment of the clubs members.  Outdoors Forever is dedicated to, youth outdoor education, wildlife habitat, and the safe ethical and wise use of our natural resources.”
